- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, as per our Return Policy.
2. Order Cancellations by GSS Technologies
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Payment not received or payment authorization failure
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website
- Incomplete or invalid customer information provided
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund (if applicable) to your original payment method.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- If the cancellation request is made after dispatch, shipping charges may be deducted, and the balance will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
